Carrots and oranges cooking.

Ingredients:

800 gr carrots

2 oranges

400 gr sugar

1 glass of water

1 glass white wine

1-2 cloves

10 gr pectin

Procedure:

Clean and cut in small pieces the carrots and the oranges. Mix with the sugar the cloves and the water and let it cook until the carrots get soft. Keep cleaning the fruits from the foam that generates on top. Once reaches a good consistence add the wine and the pectin and let it cook for other 10 minutes. Put the jam into the pots still hot, close and put them upside down.
