Pasta with Sun dried tomatoes

Ingredients for 1kg of pasta

25 dried tomatoes

1 small bunch of parsley

2 cloves of garlic

1/2 glass of olive oil

4 spoons of dried bread

salt and pepper as preferred

Preparation

Cut the dry tomatoes, garlic and the leaves of the parsley in really small pieces or just blend everything with a bit of olive oil. Once the pasta is cooked, al dente, mix everything together adding the rest of olive oil and the dried bread. If you like you can very shortly cook everything on the pan for few seconds with high fire.
