Pesto alla Genovese

Ingredients for 1kg of pasta

100 g of basil

4 cloves of garlic

2 spoons of pine tree seeds

50 g of parmesan

salt and pepper

Preparation

Put the basil and garlic with a bit of salt and olive oil in the blender and start blending. Add the pine tree seeds, Parmesan and blend everything together.  Once the pasta is ready, al dente, mix with the pesto.
