Spaghetti vs Udon at West Den Haag

4th of March 2012  – Den Haag

West Den Haag, David Horvitz, Giuseppe Licari and Nishiko hosted a Spaghetti vs Udon con|taste during the the artist talk of Kim Knoppers, curator at Foam, Amsterdam, and David Horvitz, curator of Let us keep our own noon, West Den Haag. Inspired by the 1957 BBC documentary on spaghetti growing on trees, a tree branch was hanging on top of the table. Before putting their hands in the dough the participants relaxed their bodies and minds with a spaghetti position, stretching their bodies. The freshly produced gnoccule were prepared with the typical Nieuwe Haring. A new recipes created four years ago for the first Spaghetti Forever celebrates the success of this project in the past four years.
