Pasta Fresca Con|taste at Raw Art fair

10th of February 2012  – Rotterdam

Giuseppe Licari and Gallery Hommes hosted a Pasta Fresca Con|taste during the Raw Art fair in Rotterdam. Inspired by the 1957 BBC documentary on spaghetti growing on trees, tree branches were hanging on top of the table. Before putting their hands in the dough the participants relaxed their bodies and minds with a collective massage. The freshly produced gnoccule were placed on the branches to dry, producing a spaghetti cultivation landscape. The production of the whole dinner was sprinting at the music of NED, Rome.
